Hayview is suitable for adults, although we generally accept bookings if you have a baby under 12 months or children aged over 12 years.
There is a non smoking policy throughout and pets are not accepted.
The tariff includes the cleaning fee.
For all bookings there is a 50% non refundable deposit with the balance paid two weeks prior to occupancy.
