Booking Policy:

For all bookings there is a 50% non refundable deposit with the balance paid one week prior to occupancy.

Weekends - minimum 2 nights.

There is a non smoking policy throughout and pets are not accepted.

Please note the property is unfenced.

The tariff includes the cleaning fee.
